To be removed from our call list right now: tell the YFS2 caller during the call, call our office at (347) 861-9440, or email mvlikevery@gmail.com and tell us to stop calling. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to speak to anyone in particular.
1. Who we are and why we call
YFS 200 LLC, doing business as YFS2, is a New Jersey limited liability company that designs and builds websites. We place outbound telephone calls to businesses in the United States to introduce those services. Calls are placed by or on behalf of:
| Company | YFS 200 LLC (d/b/a YFS2) |
|---|---|
| Address | 6 Manor Dr, Manalapan, NJ 07726 |
| Outbound caller ID | (724) 890-9485 (724) 286-7510 |
| Office line (removal requests) | (347) 861-9440 |
| Removal email | mvlikevery@gmail.com |
Calls from YFS2 come only from the two outbound numbers listed above. If you received a call claiming to be from us from any other number, or you are not sure a call was ours, contact our office line or email and we will confirm.
2. How we place calls
- Business numbers only. We call businesses at their published or publicly listed business telephone numbers regarding their business website. We do not solicit consumers at home about personal purchases.
- Live callers only. Every call is made by a live person. We do not use prerecorded messages, artificial or AI-generated voices, or random or sequential number dialing.
- Calling hours. We place calls only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the time zone of the person being called, and in practice we call during normal business hours.
- Prompt identification. At the start of every call we state the caller's name, that the call is from YFS2 / YFS 200 LLC, and that the purpose of the call is to offer website design services.
- Consistent, accurate caller ID. Our calls display one of the two outbound numbers published on this page. We do not spoof or mask caller ID, and we do not call from numbers that are not listed here.
- No pressure tactics. We do not request payment on a first call, and we do not ask for bank account, credit card, or Social Security numbers over the phone.
3. Our internal Do Not Call list
We maintain an internal Do Not Call list. When you ask us to stop calling:
- We record the request and add your telephone number to the list.
- The request is honored as quickly as possible and in no case later than ten (10) business days from the date we receive it.
- The number stays on the list indefinitely unless you later ask us in writing to remove it.
- The request applies to YFS 200 LLC and any trade name we operate under, including YFS2, and to both of our outbound numbers.
- We do not require you to explain your request, and we do not call back to confirm it.
A request made to any YFS2 caller during a call is treated exactly the same as one sent by email. If you are not sure your request was recorded, email us and we will confirm in writing.
4. National and state Do Not Call registries
Calls placed business-to-business are generally not covered by the National Do Not Call Registry, which applies to residential telephone subscribers. We honor removal requests regardless of whether a registry applies to your number. If you tell us to stop, we stop.
Information about the National Do Not Call Registry is available from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at donotcall.gov.
5. Training and records
Anyone placing calls on behalf of YFS 200 LLC is trained on this policy before making a first call and is required to follow it. We keep records of removal requests and of the date each request was received and applied.
6. Availability of this policy
This written policy is published here and is available on demand at no cost. If you would like a copy sent to you directly, email mvlikevery@gmail.com and we will send one.
7. Complaints
If you believe you received a call that did not follow this policy, tell us at mvlikevery@gmail.com. Include the date and approximate time of the call, the number that called you, and the number that was called, and we will look into it and respond.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Changes do not undo removal requests already on file — once you are on our internal Do Not Call list, you stay on it.
