1. This website collects no personal information
This site is a set of static pages. It has no contact form, no login, no shopping cart, and no account system. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags, or third-party scripts on this site. We do not build a profile of visitors, and we do not know who you are for visiting.
To display its text and photographs, this site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and stock photographs from Unsplash's image servers. As with any web request, those providers receive standard technical information — such as your IP address and browser type — needed to deliver the files, and they handle it under their own privacy policies. We receive nothing from them about you.
Our web host automatically records standard server logs — IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type — as part of serving any website. We do not use those logs for marketing and we do not combine them with anything else.
2. Information we collect elsewhere
We collect information in two situations: when we contact a business about our services, and when a business becomes a client.
Businesses we contact
Before and during an outbound call, we may record publicly available business contact information and notes about the call:
- Business name, business telephone number, business address, and website address
- The name and job title of the person we spoke with
- A business email address, if it is given to us or publicly listed
- Call details such as the date, time, and length of each call, which our phone system logs automatically
- Brief notes about the conversation, such as whether there was interest, and any request not to be called again
This information comes from public listings, business directories, publicly accessible websites, and from the call itself. We do not buy consumer data, and we do not collect personal information about individuals in their personal capacity.
Clients
When a business hires us, we also collect what is needed to do the work and get paid: a billing contact and address, project materials the client sends us (text, images, logos, existing site content), and credentials the client chooses to share so we can publish the site. We ask clients to send credentials through a method of their choosing and we return or delete them when the project ends.
3. How we use it
We use the information above only to:
- Contact a business about website design services
- Prepare and send quotes and proposals
- Design, build, and deliver websites we have been hired to build
- Invoice clients and keep ordinary business and tax records
- Maintain our internal Do Not Call list and honor removal requests
- Respond to questions, requests, and complaints
We do not use it for anything else.
4. We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Ever. Our call list is not a product.
Information is disclosed only in these narrow cases:
- Service providers we need to operate — for example a telephone or calling-software provider, a web host, a domain registrar, or a payment processor — and only the minimum they need to perform that function.
- When the law requires it — in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or legal obligation.
- To protect rights — where disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud or enforce our agreements.
5. How long we keep it
- Call notes for businesses that are not interested: deleted within 12 months.
- Internal Do Not Call entries: kept indefinitely. We have to keep the number on file in order to keep not calling it. This is the one case where deleting your information would work against you.
- Client project files and billing records: kept as long as needed for the engagement and for as long as tax and business record rules require.
6. Your choices
- Stop the calls. Ask us, and we stop. Details are on the Do Not Call Policy page.
- See what we have. Email us and we will tell you what information we hold about your business.
- Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask and we will delete it, except for records we are required to keep and except for your internal Do Not Call entry, which stays unless you specifically ask us to remove that too.
Send any of these requests to mvlikevery@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where your business is located, state law may give you additional rights; we apply the choices above to everyone regardless.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. We ask clients not to send sensitive personal information — Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, government ID numbers — because we do not need it and do not want to hold it.
8. Children
Our services are offered to businesses. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes
If we update this policy, the effective date at the top of the page changes. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
