1. This site is informational

This website exists to describe who we are and what we do, and to let anyone verify our identity and contact details. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, a price quote, or a guarantee of results. Using this site does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.

2. Services are provided under a separate agreement

If we work together, the work is governed by a written proposal or agreement between YFS 200 LLC and the client, not by this page. That agreement sets out the scope, the price, the schedule, and what each side is responsible for. Where it conflicts with anything here, the signed agreement controls.

Quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. No work begins and no payment is due until a quote has been accepted in writing.

3. Ownership of work

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, the client owns the final website deliverables — the design, layout, and code we produce specifically for them — upon payment in full. Third-party components such as fonts, stock images, plugins, and platform software remain subject to their own licenses, and the client is responsible for maintaining any license that continues after launch.

The client is responsible for having the rights to any content they give us — text, images, logos, video — and confirms they have those rights by sending them to us.

We may reference completed work in our portfolio and describe it to prospective clients. A client who prefers we not do that can tell us, and we will not.

4. Content on this site

The text, layout, and design of this website are owned by YFS 200 LLC. Stock photographs are used under the Unsplash License. The name YFS2 and the name YFS 200 LLC may not be used to represent, imply, or suggest an affiliation with us that does not exist. You may link to this site and quote from it for ordinary purposes such as review, reporting, or verification.

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or continuously available.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, to scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or to impersonate YFS 200 LLC or anyone associated with it.

6. External links

This site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YFS 200 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of this website, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means the revised terms apply.
